How Fintani Services handles information submitted through this portal.
Information we collect
Name, phone number, email, IC number, state of residence, employment and financial information, requested amount, and supporting documents such as IC copies, payslips, bank statements, EPF and CTOS reports when provided.
How we use information
Information is used to verify identity, assess preliminary eligibility, contact applicants, request additional documents, provide review outcomes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited to authorised staff and system providers required to process applications. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or an authority.
Security and retention
Documents are stored in protected systems and are not shown on the public status page. Information is retained only as needed for the application, business records and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised under company policy.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent for uses that are not legally required, or ask how your information is handled. Some requests may require identity verification and remain subject to law.
